The hotel has its own restaurant and bar.

The kitchen, run by Lucia and her son Giacomo, brings to the table the wisdom of the ancient traditions of the true Tabarka cuisine, composed of Mediterranean ingredients prepared in accordance with genuine recipes of Liguria but enriched with a particular exotic Arabian touch. During the summer people can savour the delicious local specialities in the exteriors of the hotel, under the pergola.

Typical dishes, such as the cassolla (fish soup and crustaceans), the cashcà (a vegetarian cous cous with sweet marjoram spice), the bobba (a soup with broad beans, courgettes and tomatoes), and other local delicacies, including lobsters and fresh tuna fish, will be served together with the best Sardinian wines and followed by the typical myrtle liqueur.

The restaurant, which accommodates up to 100 people, is open from 19:00 to 22:00. The bar is at guests’ disposal from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00.
